When you interact with advertisements we run in ChatGPT, we may use OpenAI advertising conversion measurement to attribute advertising visits and conversions. This can include a measurement software development kit (SDK) in your browser for visitors who arrive from a ChatGPT ad, a first-party measurement cookie (such as an OpenAI click reference), campaign parameters in page URLs (for example utm_source, utm_medium,utm_campaign, utm_content, and OpenAI click references), and server-side conversion reports that indicate whether a consultation request was completed after an ad click. We use this information to measure and improve advertising performance. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message content, or assessment or health details to OpenAI for this measurement.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
